Reading the Holy Quran online or from the Mushaf is an obligatory duty in Islam. Muslims also are asked to understand every single word to recognize the orders of Allah and how to live well, then win the Jannah after death. But, in addition, you must know that this Holy book is an extraordinary one; it is a real miracle. Firstly, its words are written in an eloquent method that must impress the reader. Besides, it is full of stories and events that happened after the Quran revelation.
Our Holy Quran offers plenty of scientific information and facts. It is well known that the beloved prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was illiterate and the Arab’s life is not very developed. The Quran mentioned a lot of scientific information in various fields. We are talking about many recent discoveries such as relativity, quantum mechanics, Big Bang theory, black holes and pulsars, genetics, embryology, modern geology, thermodynamics, even the laser, and hydrogen fuel cells.
What is the main message of the Quran?
The message of Islam and the Quran is very deep; simply it aims to change the world into its best version. To do it, we need rules to guide us and Lord to obey. The core of our religion can be illustrated in three points:
“So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?”:
This is a repeated verse in surah Ar-Rahman and it directs us to look around and try to count the gifts we received from Allah. Believe me, they are countless; but this fills your heart with gratitude as it tells you that you have so much to be thankful for. This leads to courtesy, gratitude, speculation, and compliance with the orders of your Lord.
- “Let him be cautious”:
One word in one verse in surah Al-Kahf means that sometimes when we get enough of bad things happened to us and we feel that we need to hide in a corner away from everything. This can recharge our souls and give us the energy required to back and face the world again. The point is to take care and back with courtesy and caution to avoid hurting.
- “Surah Al-Fatihah”:
It states: “In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful(1) All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds(2) The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful(3) Sovereign of the Day of Recompense(4) It is You we worship and You we ask for help(5) Guide us to the straight path(6) The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have earned Your anger or of those who are astray(7)”
This surah is prayer, dua, or we can say hope from Allah who sent us the guide which lightens up our world and helps us to face all problems.
Is it OK to read Quran online in English?
First, the versions of the Holy Quranic ayat in different languages are just translations. They are illustrating the meaning of the verse to understand it well. If you want to recite or memorize, you have to do it in Arabic. If you need help in pronunciation, you can ask us because we offer variable courses to learn, memorize, and recite the Holy Quran.
Also, it is not allowed to pray in any other language because of the Quran and dua. Read your Holy Quran online in your mother language to understand the meanings of the words. But when you listen to them and read them in Arabic, you will feel them by your heart.
Who is the best Quran reciter in the world?
If you want to read the Holy Quran online, you can use this trick; listen a lot to one of the Quranic reciters. A reciter is a person who recites the Quran with the proper rules of recitation (tajwid) with melodious sounds. In the Islamic community, we have a lot of good reciters to whom you can listen. Actually, El Minshawy, Abdul Basit, Mustafa Ismail, Soudaissy, and Al-Hussary are generally considered the most important and famous Qurra’ of modern times to have had an outsized impact on the Islamic world.
Reciters differ from each other in the way of recitation, the beauty of the sound, the type of reciting, and the application of tajweed rules. There are many records for each reciter on the Quranic websites, mobile phone applications, and youtube. Just listen to more than one reader and choose the one who can touch your heart with his angelic voice and Holy words.
